In the contemporary age, one of the primary instigators of health risks are invisible to the naked eye. Things like microorganisms, most commonly known as bacteria and viruses, plague the modern world with outbreaks of deadly and highly contagious diseases such as H1N1, Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Ebola, and other virulent afflictions that causes thousands if not millions of death each year.

UV Care, a company that specializes in germicidal solutions, is trying to halt the surge of infectious diseases by providing  certified safe, laboratory tested, and innovative products that will act as your first line of defense against harmful contagions.

How it works

Ultraviolet light represents a portion of the sun’s electromagnetic spectrum. There are three types of UV rays: UV-A (315 to 400nm) which causes suntan (or sunburn), medium-wave UV-B, (280 to 315 nm) which is used to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis and short-wave UV-C (100 to 280nm).

UV Care’s technology makes use of the third and shortest ultraviolet ray, the UV-C. Also known as the germicidal ray, the UV-C works by killing 99.9 percent of bacteria and virus directly affecting their DNA, the remaining microbes are then rendered unable to reproduce.
