The all-new X-Trail e-POWER made its local debut at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), serving as the centerpiece of Nissan Philippines’ display and highlighting the company’s continued push toward electrified mobility.
The latest generation X-Trail combines a redesigned exterior with an electrified powertrain that aims to deliver the responsiveness of an electric vehicle without the need for plug-in charging. it has a combined output of 204 PS and 330 Nm of torque to drive the wheels, while a 1.5-liter VC-Turbo gasoline engine functions as a generator to keep the battery charged.

The X-Trail gets a more upscale appearance with a prominent black grille, matte silver lower bumper accents, LED lighting, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Nissan has also equipped the model with rain-sensing wipers as standard.

The cabin received a substantial upgrade, starting with the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Other cabin amenities include a Panoramic Sunroof, Power-Adjustable front seats, and Tri-Zone Climate Control.
Safety isn’t overlooked as expected. The X-Trail e-POWER comes with a range of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including Intelligent Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist, and Driver Attention Assist. Additional technologies such as the 3D Intelligent Around View Monitor, Intelligent Rear View Mirror, and Nissan’s e-Pedal Step system are also included.
The Nissan X-Trail e-Power will start at PHP 2,290,000. A limited Launch Edition will also be available in exclusive two-tone paint finishes including Everest White, Stealth Pearl Gray, and Sahara Dune Metallic.

Nissan has also showcased their upcoming cars at PIMS. These were said to be confirmed to be launched within the year. Beside the X-Trail is the new Kicks e-Power that was their successful entry into the electrified arena. Joining it is the Primera EV, which revives the Primera badge as a fully electric sedan featuring a streamlined design and technology-focused interior.

Also on display is the Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid, a concept that points to Nissan’s plans for electrification within the pickup segment. The model combines a modern design with beefy stance and a plug-in hybrid powertrain, signaling a new direction for one of the brand’s most recognizable workhorses.
“The return of the X‑Trail, now with e‑POWER, marks an important step for Nissan Philippines as we continue to strengthen our electrified lineup,” says Nissan Philippines President Yoshinori Kanazawa “Guided by our long-term vision to make mobility smarter and more accessible, we are bringing technologies that improve everyday driving for our customers.”
Outside of its electrified showcase, Nissan continues to display key models in its lineup at their outdoor booth. These includes the Navara, Terra, Livina, and Almera, all of which remain important contributors to the brand’s local sales.
Nissan is also offering exclusive reservation packages for select models. Customers who reserve the X-Trail e-POWER can receive a PHP 20,000 cash discount and one year of Nissan Protect+, while those reserving the all-new Kicks e-POWER can avail of a PHP 10,000 cash discount. Additional incentives are also being offered for the Terra, Navara, Livina, and Almera through Nissan’s event-exclusive promotions.
