According to Volvo, “the best way to survive a crash is not to crash.” That’s why they have developed a new LifePaint spray for bikers that is invisible during the day but reflects cars headlights at night.
It can be sprayed on your bike, clothing, helmet, and any place you want to. The paint is said to last around 10 days but it can also be washed off. (Of course, that would mean it won’t be as effective if you use it in a storm.)
Unfortunately, the LifePaint is currently only available in six bike shops in the U.K. (in London and Kent, specifically). There is no word if it’ll be coming to other areas. Let’s hope the testing is successful there and it somehow finds its way to this side of the world.
