Commemorating 10 extraordinary years of fine craftsmanship and modern design in the Philippines, TW Steel proudly launches their limited edition watch. With only 320 pieces available, the TW Steel X is set to be a highly-covetable timepiece especially for watch collectors and fans of the Dutch timepiece maker.
Tracing its roots back in the Netherlands, father-and-son duo, Ton and Jordy Cobelens founded TW Steel back in 2005. From the comforts of his own home, Ton started realizing their dream in producing oversized watches—and we could say that the rest is history. This gave birth to the brand’s now known classics – TW1, TW2, TW3, and TW4.
Soon, the brand began gaining attention in Europe and Asia and it was officially launched in the Philippines on October 2009 by Lucerne Jewellers, quickly becoming a hit with local watch collectors. Following its success in the local market, Its first standalone store in the world opened in Manila just a year later. TW Steel’s Podium branch soon saw the addition of nine more stores all over Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu City.
Dutch by design, big in attitude, and in a class of its own, TW Steel has certainly been a game changer and trendsetter among watchmakers. By not conforming to what’s available or “normal”,TW Steel has successfully carved a niche in watch design, setting its own trends and style.
The limited edition TW Steel X is a beautifully-crafted dual time watch powered by Swiss chronograph movement by Ronda AG. It is encased inside a 44mm high-grade 316L steel case with an elegant brushed finish. Sporting a bezel design with 8 screws and a polished finish on the sides, each TW Steel X comes with a silicon rubber strap, a durable sapphire coated crystal, and is waterproof up to a depth of 10 ATM.
Priced at PhP40,000, the TW Steel X is available in all TW Steel Boutiques nationwide.
