ASUS commemorates 30th anniversary with Edition 30 devices

ASUS celebrates its 30th year with some special edition versions of its flagship devices. One is a limited edition ZenBook Edition 30 that comes in a sleek leather chassis. Back in 2006, ASUS released the S6F Leather Collection, which incorporated genuine leather panels into the laptop. The Taiwanese company updates this look with a new Pearl White genuine Italian leather cover. It’s been hand-crafted and hand-stitched to create this clean look. It has Rose Gold anodized diamond-cut edges and trim bar along with an 18-karat rose-gold plated 30th-anniversary logo on the lid.

The laptop will come with a complete set of premium accessories, including a Pearl White mouse, a leather-look box and mousepad, and a genuine leather sleeve. It runs on up to an 8th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics, 16GB RAM, ultrafast PCIe SSDs, and gigabit-class Wi-Fi. Its display is a four-sided frameless NanoEdge display with a 95 percent screen-to-body ratio. The ZenBook Edition 30 also has the new ScreenPad 2.0 with an interactive secondary screen on the touchpad.

Aside from a limited-edition version of the ZenBook, ASUS also launched a ZenFone 6 Edition 30 model. It features the Zen-inspired concentric circle pattern in the back covered with ergonomic 3D-curved glass. The phone comes in Matte Black and has an embossed Edition 30 logo at the bottom rear of the device.

It features a 6.4-inch NanoEdge all-screen display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, 12GB of RAM, 512GB internal storage, and 5,000mAh battery. The same Flip Camera on the ZenFone 6 is available here, too. It’s a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 main sensor and a 13-megapixel 125-degree ultrawide secondary camera.
