The next-gen Ford Territory will start at P1.335M

After dropping a teaser video clip earlier this week, Ford has finally shared the starting price of the next-gen Ford Territory. It will still come in a Titanium variant that now has a price of P1,335,000. Only P25,000 more than the outgoing model of the same trim name. So, what to expect this time around?

The Ford Territory went through an overhaul in terms of design. It now has a flatter front face with slimmer headlights, bigger grille, and a different layout as the headlights are now on the fog light section while the DRL are now up top, flanking the grille. As for lighting, it has automatic LED headlights.

There are also a number of key improvements in the cabin. There’s now a 10-way powered driver’s seat from the previous 6-way, with the whole upholstery in ‘peacock blue and domino’ color combination. Infront of the driver is a new 7-inch digital gauge cluster while infotainment is housed in a 12-inch touchscreen that also serves as the display for the 360-camera system. Other amenities include a dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless charger, rotary e-shifter, and electronic parking brake.

In terms of safety, there’s a Blind Spot Information System with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Door Open Alarm. That means it’s working even if you’re not driving. It will alert you if you’re about to open the door and there’s an object in the blind spot that can potentially hit you. There’s also Cruise Control, Hill Descent Control in addition to Hill Launch Assist, and Active Park Assist for parallel or perpendicular parking spots.

“The next-gen Territory is set to re-define the 5-seater SUV segment in the country once again. We are confident that the major upgrades and enhancements equipped in the next-gen Territory will resonate with first-time car buyers, young affluent professionals, and starting families who want to own each moment of their driving adventures,” said Mike Breen, Managing Director of Ford Philippines.

The new Ford Territory Titanium comes with a 5-year warranty. Full details will be revealed once it’s officially launched here in the Philippines. But if you’re set to get one for yourself now, you can reserve a unit online by going to https://ford.to/TerritoryReserveNow
