An exciting union between two dominant forces in sports happened in Privé Luxury Club on February 9th.
The event was attended by friends from the media as well as players and officials of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The champion team, San Miguel Beermen, also graced the party coming from a historical win of starting the finals with 0-3 and coming back and taking charge during the last games of the finals forcing the winning result of 4-3.
Romain Cans, area sales director of TAG Heuer, opened the program with a welcome speech detailing the partnership between the brand and PBA. During the night, the deal was officially sealed and a TAG Heuer clock was turned over to PBA’s President/CEO Robert Non and Commissioner Chito Narvasa.
To make the event more exciting, June Mar Fajardo was awarded a TAG Heuer Aquaracer Chronograph (CAY1110.BA0925) for embodying the Don’t Crack Under Pressure attitude—having been injured during the semifinals, missing half of the finals, and only coming back to play during game 5 to help propel his team to win the championship.
