Rolls-Royce’s new concept car makes us wish that the future is here

It’s big, bold, and beautiful. Nope, I’m not talking about a new telenovela but it is as dramatic as it can be. What I’m referring to is the new concept car Rolls-Royce unveiled at its recent event in London.

The 103EX vision vehicle truly lives up to its name. It’s a vision, a futuristic one that still retains that boxy yet luxurious as the Rolls-Royce cars we see today. Except, of course, this car is completely different. Like a lot of the cars in our future, the 103EX is autonomous. Say goodbye to your steering wheel. When you enter the vehicle, what you get is a panoramic see-through display.

The video above shows its other potential features like a retractable spaceframe for your luggage. You see its glass roof, silk-covered couch, and other bespoke, rare materials that fit the Rolls-Royce name.

And, of course, it has its own artificial intelligence, this time its name is Eleanor and she acts as your chauffeur. I can’t say that this concept will retain its looks if and when it makes a public release. And a public debut is supposedly upon us by the 2040s, according to Rolls-Royce.
