In the 10 months that it’s been in the country, Realme Philippines has managed to break records and become a crowd favorite. The Realme C1 marked the entry of Realme into the country, and well, the rest is history. And now, just a few weeks after the launch of the Realme 5 and and 5 Pro, we’re just a week away from the official launch of the Realme XT.

What we love

I’ll save the in-depth look for the full review and just run down some of its key specs now. The XT features Realme’s first ever 64MP quad camera to ever come to the country, along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset (the same one that powers the Realme 5 Pro), 4K video shooting, 4,000mAh of battery, and VOOC 3.0 flashcharge—aside from the stellar specs, it also looks and feels very premium (but we expect the XT to fall bellow the P15k line!) especially with the Pearl White model that we have. It didn’t adopt Realme’s signature geometric back design but instead came with a fluid, luminescent design that I absolutely adore.

The XT also offers 6.4 inches of FHD+ super AMOLED real estate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.

64MP Magic

Here are some sample photos shot with the Realme XT’s 64 MP camera. Check out the amount of detail it captures:
