Realme marks entry to PH market with C1

As the youth-oriented smartphone brand launches in the Philippines, Realme introduced C1, an entry-level smartphone with improved performance and features.
Priced at P5,990, the Realme C1 packs a 4,230mAh battery and core power-saving features like the App-freezing Power Saver and Quick App Freezing. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor and has an advanced 14nm process and a basic frequency of up to 1.8GHz.
It has a 6.2-inch screen, with an 88.8 percent screen-to-body ratio and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The Realme C1 also has a third-generation Corning Gorilla Glass with native damage- and scratch-resistance.

For its cameras, the Realme C1 is equipped with rear 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel cameras that have software algorithm for portrait shots. Meanwhile, the front 5-megapixel camera has an Intelligent AI Beauty function.

The Realme C1 supports facial unlock which captures 128 face recognition points through the front camera, and SmartLock which records frequent locations and landmarks and recognizes them as “trustworthy” places for the phone to stay unlocked.

The ColorOS 5.1 on the Realme C1 supports Clone Apps, allowing two social media accounts to be used at the same time. The Realme C1 (2GB + 16GB) is available for P5,990 but it will be on sale via Lazada for only P5,490 on December 5, 2018 at 12′ noon.
