Those who have been waiting for the Buddy feature to show up in Pokémon GO finally getting the feature. Niantic has already released the update for both iOS and Android.
If you haven’t heard of this yet, the new game feature lets your trainer have your favorite Pokémon tag along and help you score candies and the like. BGR has even reported that if you walk with a Pikachu, it’ll sit on your trainer’s shoulder once you complete 10km.
To select your Buddy Pokémon, tap on your trainer’s face in the bottom left corner of the screen. And then select the menu button at the bottom right. From there, tap “Buddy” to select the little monster you want to join your trainer.
