Earlier today, OPPO unveiled the Find X. It’s a premium almost-all screen smartphone with a pop-up notch that hides the cameras and 3D scanning sensor. That wasn’t the only phone OPPO launched at the Louvre in Paris, though. The company also introduced its partnership with Italian luxury sports car maker Lamborghini for a special edition Find X. The Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition version of the Find X bumps the price up to a whopping 1,699 euros (approx. P105,000).
Most of the specs are the same with the regular Find X but the special edition gets things like Super VOOC charging, which lets you fast charge the Find X’s 3,400mAh battery from 0 to 100 percent within 35 minutes. It also has 512GB internal storage and it’ll get a carbon fiber textured rear with the car brand’s logo engraved in such a way that it looks like it has this 3D effect you can see from any angle you view it from.
OPPO also changed things up in terms of packaging. The “Y” design on the box comes from the car light found on the Lamborghini Aventador. The phone’s charging cable also features a woven pattern which is similar to the ignition coil of the V12 engine on the Aventador.
Safe to say you’re paying for the brand. We aren’t confident OPPO will bring this device here and the Find X Lamborghini Edition is coming to Europe in August.
