MSI brings out limited edition Camo Squad laptops

MSI made their presence felt at the recently held Pinoy Gaming Festival Summer Assembly 2017. In the biggest e-sports event of the summer, MSI treated gamers who attended at the Trinoma Activity Center with freebies and free plays. Plenty of stuff for everyone as the 3-day event was free for everyone.

At the event, MSI launched their highly anticipated limited edition Camo Squad laptops. The MSI GE62 Camo Squad is equipped with the latest generation of Intel processors, powered by a powerful GTX 1060 6GB GPU. It’s also equipped with a 256GB SSD for unparalleled read/write speeds, and a 1TB SATA for your storage needs. What’s an ultimate stealth machine if you can’t see what you’re typing in the dark? The GE62 comes with an RGB-backlit keyboard from Steelseries. And hey, it comes in camouflage brown.

MSI Philippines is bundling the GE62 with Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands from April 10, 2017 up until June 30, 2017. Along with the game, MSI also bundled the package with a Camo Squad backpack that can fit the laptop; an MSI Camo Squad water bottle, for your gaming marathons, STAY HYDRATED FOLKS; MSI Camo Squad dog tags, to strut your ownership of the GE62 outdoors; and a Camo Squad mousepad for more accuracy while fighting the drug cartels in Bolivia, in Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Did I also mention that the GE62 is virtual reality-ready? Well, yeah, it is VR READY!

Speaking of VR, MSI treated attendees with the greatest VR experience with their VR One system, paired with an HTC Vive VR headset. The backpack form factor manages to provide a wireless VR system environment. It’s powered by the 6^th generation of Intel Core i7 processors and a GTX 1070 GPU for that stutter-free VR experience. Now people will think, how’s the battery life? The VR One is equipped with 2 hot-swappable batteries that can provide up to 2 hours of VR experience. The VR One comes in at 3.6kg, providing you the workout you need while you enjoy the wireless, immersive VR experience of your life. No, seriously, it’s not that heavy. Do note that it does not come with an HTC Vive VR headset.
