A few years ago, power banks started appearing out of nowhere. Just as postpaid plans made the “wala na akong load” problem obsolete, power banks made “wala na akong battery” problems obsolete, perhaps much to the chagrin of employees hoping to escape their hounding employers. In 2010, MiLi, a global brand known for its mobile power solutions, was introduced to the Philippines, leading the forefront of this new power bank craze.
Almost five years after, MiLi has expanded to a host of other portable accessories that brings more convenient solutions to problems we never even thought we had. The latest of which are the MiLiiData and the MiLi Pure. One improves file management while the other focuses on personal wellness.
The iData with the accompanying MiLiiData App eases the file management between the latest Apple products, specifically those that have switched to the customized FireWire cables. The iData connects via USB to laptops and computers wherein data of any type can be stored. Afterwards, the FireWire cable can connect to an iPhone or an iPad through the iData App. It will be available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB and will be officially launched in June this year. The iData App is available for download through the iOS App Store.
The second new product is the MiLi Pure, the first product to come out of MiLi’s new focus on personal wellness. Unlike MiLi’s other products which focus on mobile solutions, the Pure is a portable skin-moisture detector that provides instant and precise moisture readings within five seconds of contact. This also has an accompanying app available on the App Store which reflects your moisture data via low-energy Bluetooth. The device can record four different body areas: face, hands, neck, and eye region. It also compares your moisture levels before and after lotion application. Who would’ve thought that skin moisture is a problem that you didn’t think you had? The MiLi Pure is confirmed for the third quarter of this year.
All MiLi products are available at most Apple resellers, premium gadget stores, luxury department stores, travel shops, and appliance centers.
