We need this ‘Magic Calendar’ in our lives

0

There are certain products that instill in us a great desire to covet them. A calendar concept from Japanese designer Kosho Tsuboi is one of those products.

Chosen as part of Google’s Android Experiments program, which seems to be a Japanese program where creators can pitch ideas for Android-centered gadgets, the Magic Calendar brings the best of both digital and paper calendars in one. It’s a prototype e-ink calendar that can sync with your Google Calendar app and show you what’s on your plate in the most stunningly simple yet functional way possible.

And since it makes use of e-ink and e-paper, the battery life of the Magic Calendar can last for up to three months. There aren’t that many details on how the calendar works. But we might see an actual product as it’s been selected for further development.

You can learn more about it and see how it works in the video above. Just click on the CC button to see the English subtitles.
