We harped on and on about how this particular smartphone packs bite for bark and gets more bang for a buck. Perhaps one of the only drawbacks, if you can call it that, is that it’s available only through the online e-commerce platform, Lazada.
For those needing a refresher course on this phone, the Lenovo A7000 is a 5.5-inch (720p resolution) phone, armed with a MediaTek MT6752m 1.5GHz True8Core processor. It has 2GB worth of RAM and 8GB worth of external storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD. The Dolby Atmos technology is able to amplify the ultimate surround sound experience even in 320kbps files. It has an 8MP rear and 5MP front shooters. It is powered by a 2,900mAh battery. Its price on launch was P7,390, which comes with a free back cover and screen protector.
Through online ‘waves,’ the Lenovo A7000 is available in bundles in timed releases. Towards the end of May, the first wave commenced. Now, it’s on its third wave and it comes with gifts. Not only do buyers get the entertainment-heavy handset, they will also be treated to over P1,500 worth of freebies. The Lazada-exclusive bundle will be priced at P7,499, which comes with a free back cover (valued at P699), a free screen protector (valued at P299), an Audio Technica over-the-ear pair of headphones (valued at P679), and a free Globe SIM card with 100MB data. This bundle will be available through the third wave of Lenovo A7000’s exclusive sale, which starts on June 9, at 12 noon, and only from the Lazada Philippines online store.
