There’s a new special Jaguar F-Type out there and it’s the first vehicle out of the Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations group. Plus, it’s said to be the fastest production car from the brand. We might have a big winner on our hands.
The Jaguar F-Type SVR is powered by a 5-liter V8 engine that produces 575hp and has better aerodynamics, a “badass-sounding” exhaust system, and new suspension. In terms of speed, the coupe reaches a top speed of 200mph and it can go 0-60 in just 3.5 seconds.
This first SVR vehicle from Jaguar also has options to make it go just that bit faster, including a carbon fiber roof panel and carbon ceramic brakes. SVR stands for performance after all. (The R stands for race.)
The order book for it in the U.S. is already open. It’s priced around U.S.$126,000, which is about P6,000,750. Phew.
