Intel today announced the availability of laptops powered by the Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processors from leading global PC manufacturers, across the Philippines.
The new generation of AI-powered PCs delivers breakthrough performance, graphics, and energy efficiency designed for the next wave of intelligent computing.
Unveiled earlier this year at CES 2026, Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors represent the latest evolution of Intel’s client computing roadmap, bringing advanced AI capabilities and high-performance computing to modern laptops.
Starting today, Filipino consumers and businesses will be able to purchase laptops powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors from leading PC manufacturers including ASUS, Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo and MSI at leading retailers.
Designed for the Next Generation of AI PCs
Built on the latest Intel 18A process, Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors introduce a new architecture optimized for performance, graphics and AI workloads.
The processors integrate a powerful CPU, GPU and neural processing unit (NPU) to accelerate on-device AI workloads, enabling new experiences such as intelligent productivity tools, advanced content creation, and AI-assisted collaboration.
Key highlights include:
- Outstanding efficiency: Designed to deliver some of the best battery life in Intel-powered AI PCs.
- Advanced AI performance: Integrated NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI compute for on-device AI workloads.
- Next-generation graphics: Integrated Xe3 graphics architecture delivering improved gaming and visual performance.
Together, these capabilities enable a new class of thin-and-light AI PCs capable of handling demanding workloads while maintaining exceptional responsiveness and mobility.
Expanding the AI PC Ecosystem
More than 200 laptop designs globally will feature Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors across premium consumer, gaming and commercial systems.
Filipino customers too can expect a wide range of devices—from ultra-portable productivity laptops to high-performance creator and gaming systems—rolling out throughout 2026.
“The introduction of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 systems in the Philippines is an important milestone as AI becomes more relevant to how people learn, work, create, and do business,” said George Chacko, GM Sales Group Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Intel Corporation. “With strong performance, advanced AI acceleration, and improved power efficiency, these devices are designed to deliver practical benefits for Filipino users — from professionals and students to creators and enterprises. Together with our OEM partners, we are expanding access to a new generation of AI PCs that can help unlock productivity, creativity, and growth across the country.”
Expanding Access to AI-Ready Computing
Complementing its premium AI PC portfolio, Intel has also introduced the Intel® Core™ Series 3 processors, extending AI-ready computing to more accessible price segments including students, families, and small businesses.
Built on the same foundation as Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and manufactured on the Intel 18A process, Intel Core Series 3 processors bring enhanced performance, all-day battery life and AI-ready capabilities to value-oriented devices and essential edge deployments.
Compared to a typical five-year-old PC, Intel Core Series 3 delivers up to 47% better single-thread performance, up to 41% better multi-thread performance, and up to 2.8x improved GPU AI performance—enabling a meaningful upgrade for everyday users.
The platform also supports modern connectivity such as Thunderbolt™ 4, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth® 6, while delivering up to 40 platform TOPS to support AI workloads across a wide range of use cases.
More than 70 designs powered by Intel Core Series 3 are expected to roll out globally in the coming months, further expanding access to modern computing experiences at scale.
