Infinix is a name you may or may not have heard of but you might want to pay attention pretty soon. This Hong Kong-based smartphone maker is set to make waves in the entry-level to midrange markets with its latest offerings. Introduced last month and already on sale on Lazada, the Infinix Note 4 and its nearly identical, not-yet-available sibling the Note 4 Pro promise long battery lives and great performance.

The company boasts that a five-minute charge time will get you 250 minutes of talk with its Xcharge 4.0 charging technology. This promises the quickest charge with low voltage and high efficiency. And having better battery lives seem to be in the cards theoretically as the Note 4 and Note 4 Pro have 4,300mAh and 4,500mAh batteries, respectively.

These new Note devices are the first Infinix devices to come with Android 7.0 Nougat with Infinix UI XOS 2.3 out of the box. They carry similar specs with both having a 5.7-inch Full HD display, 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core processor, 4G LTE compatibility, 32GB internal storage with microSD expansion up to 128GB, 3GB of RAM, dual SIM support, and fingerprint sensor.

Aside from the battery, one other differentiator is the Note 4 Pro comes with the Xpen, the company’s take on a stylus.

The Note 4 is already priced at P8,999 but there isn’t word yet for the pricing and availability of the Note 4 Pro.
