Netflix Extended lets you skip intros and recaps. At the same time, it offers some useful keyboard shortcuts like letting you skip to and from episodes, increase or decrease volume, and even start random videos from the search screen. On top of that, it can mute trailers by default, disable play/pause with a touchscreen, and pause a video if you switch tabs.
