The M1 Sonic Electric toothbrush has 4 cleaning modes and will remember the last one you used through its “last-mode” memory feature. The first of these modes is the Soft mode which is specially made to clean softly but effectively by improving performance for those with sensitive gums. Clean mode is suited for typical daily cleaning because it utilizes high frequency vibrations to generate liquid flow in the mouth while getting rid of plaque and other impurities. White mode also uses these same high frequency vibrations for a more thorough cleaning and whitening while protecting enamel. Finally, Polish mode uses alternating vibrations so that the bristles can target each tooth from a variety of angles.
