Lenovo debuts the laptops for the mobile worker

Yesterday, Lenovo launched the ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 laptops that are made specifically for the new workforce of mobile workers—young and digitally-inclined professionals who seek the perfect balance between high-end specifications and premium aesthetics.

The new Thinkbooks feature 10th generation Intel processors, fingerprint scanners, and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution anti-glare IPS panels, with the screens bendable up to 180°. Its narrow bezels allow up to 80% and higher screen-to-body ratio for maximum screen space at a compact size.

The Think line have always been professional devices and was traditionally designed for big enterprises. With its new ThinkBook line, Lenovo is offering small and medium businesses as well as entrepreneurs a professional level device that packs in both processing power and style. It comes ready with business hot keys for easy Skype calling, a Thinkshutter camera for privacy when working in public, a hidden USB side latch to attach your wireless mouse, and both voice recognition and a fingerprint scanner for quick access.

For the avid multi-tasker, the new Thinkbooks come with 8GB DDR4 memory and 512GB M.2 solid-state drives, allowing for faster loading times. As an added bonus, Lenovo is also giving 8GB of memory free to the first 500 units! It is coupled with Intel’s UHD graphics for the Thinkbook 14 and an AMD Radeon 620 Graphics card on the Thinkbook 15.

To cap it all off, the two devices come in a sleek mineral gray finish made of aluminum. Both laptops are also MIL-SPEC-tested, making them durable enough to withstand the rigors of everyday business use and other conditions such as water spills and extreme high or low temperatures.

Truly meant to support modern workers, both devices are covered by Lenovo’s comprehensive support portfolio which includes services such as Think Service & Support that provides automatic access to business-grade expertise; Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) support that covers damages not usually part of standard warranties such as minor spills, drops, or damages to the screen; and Onsite Next Business Day Support, a support service exclusive to Think devices wherein technical support and expertise will be provided within the next business day on premises.

The ThinkBook 14 and 15 will start at P48,990 and P57,490, respectively. Both devices will be available in December 2019.
