Create the moment: lifestyle redefined
Epson announced the release of its newest projectors on January 23, 2026, during its latest media event held at the Manila House in BGC. Guests were welcomed with live music in a setting with great decor and a lively ambiance.

To the side of the main dining hall were three creative rooms, each organized with a different Epson projector showcasing different use cases and ideas on how you could set it up. One room showcased how you may use it as a second screen for your work-from-home office, giving you flexibility in your productivity and Zoom calls. Another was a movie room, while the last room was a gaming room, showing the leisure activities that you can do with Epson’s latest stylish portable projectors. The attendees were also given a chance to win a Lifestudio Projector and other prizes by making a creative post with the different rooms highlighting the projectors, keeping the event entertaining.

A notable VIP in attendance was Ms. Masako Kusuma, the President and Director of Epson Philippines Corporation. Further adding to the success of the event, she mentioned that she heard that the Manila event was the best one so far.

Onto the event’s main highlight, the Epson Lifestudio series launch introduced the new Lifestudio Pop (EF-61G, EF-62N) and Lifestudio Flex (EF-71, EF-72) projectors. Housed in sleek, compact, and well-built modern design — receiving the 2025 Good Design Award — these projectors serve as a great way to enhance your entertainment or productivity; whether it is lounging at home, aiding your work efficiency, or for the added flexibility of their on-the-go portability.
These projectors are for those who don’t want a TV to take up too much space in a room, want the portability of having a big screen for certain use cases (or if you’re always on the go), or for those who want to have their own home cinema. The easy plug-and-playability of the projectors, allowing for an instant, no-fuss setup, makes it even more enticing for casual users as well.
A great complement to digital nomads and hybrid professionals, the compact design, vivid projection, great sound and automatic screen adjustments allow the user to focus more on what they can get from it without having to worry about the time it takes to set it up.
Coming in at just 1.6kg for the Lifestudio Pop models and under 4kg for the Lifestudio Flex projector, these lightweight projectors are engineered with portability and convenience in mind. To add to that, the Lifestudio Flex series’ flexible rotation allows you to project onto walls and ceilings without having to rearrange any furniture.
For an all-rounder device, the Lifestudio Flex EF-72 acts as a table lamp, wireless speaker, and big-screen projector all in one. With ambient lighting within the device, even gamers who like to add a bit of color to their space can benefit from this feature. Impressively, adding even more to its portability is its ability to be powered by a USB Type-C battery, so you could use this even with a power bank, especially in moments where you don’t have the means for a fixed power source.
As mentioned, gaming enthusiasts can also enjoy what this projector has to offer. Aside from the presence of RGB lighting, switchable by simply tapping the top of the projector, Game Mode and Automatic Low Latency Mode (ALLM) are also available features that reduce input lag, allowing for a faster and more responsive gameplay.
All the Lifestudio projectors offer a vibrant screen with up to 1,000 lumens of color and white brightness, using Epson’s Triple Core Engine that combines advanced 3LCD technology with a triple color light source. The vibrancy was also well-noted in the event, as it was compared beside another projector where you could clearly see the difference.
To add to the immersive experience, Epson also partnered with Bose, enabling Bose’s Sound technology to allow the speakers a more dynamic and room-filling stereo sound. The Lifestudio projectors also contain different sound modes — Cinema, Dialogue, Music and Standard — to further customize your sound preferences, or fit your specific use case.

Portability isn’t the only thing that contributes to the ease-of-use of these projectors. All the Lifestudio Pop and Flex projectors come with auto-screen adjustment, keystone correction and wall color adjustment, allowing the screen to get the alignment instantaneously without you having to fiddle with the settings and needing a white wall or screen. The projectors also come with auto obstacle avoidance, which resizes the projection to avoid objects and other fixtures on the wall, ensuring an uninterrupted view. Smart Eye Protection is another feature within the projectors which automatically pauses the display to prevent glare from reaching your eyes. Being compatible with the ELPFS01 floor stands also allows you to place them anywhere in the room without needing an extra mount. All of these features further add to the projectors’ convenience and versatility.

For movie enthusiasts and those who like to wind down by watching their favorite TV series, Google TV is also installed so you have easy access to different streaming platforms. Google Cast is also available in the event that your preferred streaming platform isn’t available. The Epson Projection Studio app is another new addition that turns the projectors into an interactive entertainment hub. This allows both iOS and Android users to share different moments and memories on the big screen through adding photos, comments and even emojis in real time, making get-togethers even that much more memorable and interactive.
Being a portable plug-and-play projector that reaches a max 150-inch diagonal without taking up too much room area, Epson’s newest portable lifestyle projectors could be the next thing you need to transform your space into your own personal work office, game room, or home theater. Ranging between Php 35,000 and Php 62,000, with even more promotions for discounted prices, this may be your next personal purchase for connecting and unwinding at home or on the go.
