Automotive industry leaders launch the 7th Philippine International Motor Show

Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea (fourth from right) led the opening of the 7th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) together with the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) executive committee on October 24 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.
PIMS is the biggest motor show by an industry organization in the Philippines. With the theme “Future Mobility,” this year’s edition showcases and introduces new and improved automotive innovations from 17 of the biggest global and regional auto manufacturers, including BAIC, BMW, Daewoo, Foton, Fuso, Honda, Isuzu, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, SsangYong, Suzuki, Tata Motors, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

At the motor show, attendees witnessed the unveiling of the participating brands’ latest offerings, went on free test drives, met members of car clubs and industry experts, and visited the After-Sales Pavilion, which provided technical solutions and guidance for car owners.
