Established in 2017, THE MUSEUM VISITOR aims to infuse art into everyday life and instill artistic value into fashion items, as suggested by its name, which evokes the image of a ‘museum visitor.’ The brand has garnered attention for its distinctive style and concepts that blend contemporary art with fashion, inspired by various artworks. The brand consistently creates unique fashion items, and their significance is especially pronounced when encountered in museums or exhibitions.
This collaboration features three types of footwear: the Classic Slip-On, Authentic, and Low-Top Classic sports style. The Classic Slip-On boasts an appealing design with Vans’ iconic checkerboard pattern drawn by Creative Director Park Moon-soo, enhanced with THE MUSEUM VISITOR’s charming heart design. The Authentic captures the pure and unmistakable beauty of a white background adorned with lovely flowers, delicately rendered like an artist’s brushstrokes. Lastly, the Sports Low is a low-top version of the most popular high-top purple spray art shoes from a previous Vans custom event conducted by THE MUSEUM VISITOR.
THE MUSEUM VISITOR embraces the concept of ‘wearing art,’ providing fashion items based on artistic inspiration as its core value. Available items include two types of t-shirts featuring the signature heart, a floral trucker hat, bags, and socks, offering a diverse range of products.
The first collaboration collection between Vans and THE MUSEUM VISITOR is now available exclusively at Vans Glorietta, Vans Trinoma, Vans Alabang Town Center, Vans SM Megamall, and Vans Ayala Center Cebu.
