The Election Fever on #TwitterElection is set to ignite even more on April 10th as the Filipino public is set to learn and know more about the Vice Presidential candidates for the one and only VP debate for #PiliPinasDebates2016.
Coming at the heels of two Presidential debates, the six Vice-Presidential candidates—namely, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano (@alanpcayetano), Senator Chiz Escudero (@saychiz), Former Senator Gringo Honasan (@gringo_honasan), Senator Bongbong Marcos (@bongbongmarcos), Congresswoman Leni Robredo (@lenirobredo), and Senator Antonio Trillanes IV (@TrillanesSonny)—will take center stage to share and argue their points, thoughts, and sentiments on the prevailing issues in the country.
But while most eyes are on the Vice Presidential candidates until the big event this Sunday, Twitter conversations surrounding the Vice Presidential candidates have started days ahead of the televised debate. The candidates vying for the second highest position in the land are already engaging with the public via Twitter. Using their respective Twitter accounts, they have answered voters’ queries and addressed their sentiments head on.
