Celebrate the long weekend with Lexus Philippines as they host an experience that will open the eyes and stimulate the taste buds.
From August 26 to 27, at Mitsukoshi in BGC, guests will be given the opportunity to partake in exclusive workshops led by some of the country’s finest chefs and food experts. Food, wine and coffee… say less.
Spanish-born Chele Gonzalez, chef and owner of renowned restaurants Gallery by Chele and Deli by Chele, has crafted two exclusive dishes just for Lexus Philippines and their guests. These dishes are Filipino staples with a twist – Tuna Kinilaw with Watermelon and Octopus Sisig Tacos.
Chef Carlos Villaflor of the previously mentioned restaurants, will be flaunting his expertise in preparing these dishes while also guiding the guests and elevating their knowledge on the said dishes.
The Artisan Cellar Door will also hold a pairing workshop conducted by sommelier Christopher Birt. Here he will be pairing palatable fine wine with delicious chocolates from Theo & Philo Artisan Chocolates, who created the first bean-to-bar single origin chocolates in the Philippines.
There is something for coffee enthusiasts to enjoy as well as Angkan Coffee Company will be deep diving into the variety of local beans that they use for their various Angkan blends. They will also be demonstrating the subtle art of properly preparing a coffee as well as creating latte demo art.
Guests who are looking to join this one-of-a-kind experience can secure a spot in any of the workshops by pre-registering here: https://brnw.ch/21wBSdU
