After closing out an amazing 2015 that was filled with milestones and celebrations, Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc. made sure to welcome 2016 with a bang by joining the Sinulog Festival in Cebu. The festivities in the region were filled with a fusion lights and sound that saw people of all ages enjoy the culture that it had to offer.
Yamaha was also part of the Sinulog Queen Coronation night where they awarded Cynthia Thomalia as the “Rev Queen.” The award is given to the participant that personifies what Yamaha is all about, Revving Hearts. She is stunning, exhilarating, and awakens the passion of everyone around her.
After that, it was time for the REV PARTY. Hosted by Rico Robles and Phoebe Fernandez, over 20,000 people were in attendance as Yamaha presented DJ Patty Tiu and Bamboo. The Yamaha Float that was seen across the city was highlighted by the Mioi 125 from the automatic category. The six kilometer stretch for the parade was attended by approximately 3.5 million people.
The year has just begun and Yamaha is off to a sizzling start, we can expect the same for the coming months because 2016 just a had a grand start.
