The new Minis are here!

The facelifted new Minis are here. And they’re as delightful to drive (and to look at) as ever.
A modified design for the famed Mini circular headlights make the car’s trademark fascia even more expressive. The latest generation of LED technology for low and high beam offers increased brightness. The LED daytime driving lights and the turn signal lights are generated by a ring which surrounds the entire headlight.

The rear lights also feature a new design in conjunction with the LED headlights and the adaptive LED headlights. As a clear reference to the brand‘s British origins, the taillights of the new Mini now appear in a Union Jack design.
The new Mini logo is clear and authentic in style, appearing on the hood, tailgate, steering wheel, central instrument display and remote control in all models. It is a re-interpretation of the existing logo and now features a two-dimensional “flat design.” The Mini logo reflects the new brand identity with its focus on the essentials: driving fun, distinctive design, premium quality, and emotional appeal.

There are three new finishes that expand the current palette of Mini colors: Emerald Grey Metallic, Starlight Blue Metallic, and Solaris Orange Metallic.
The selection of light alloy wheels has also been expanded. The 17-inch light alloy wheels in the Propeller Spoke 2-tone is now available. The likewise 17-inch light alloy wheels in Rail Spoke 2-tone design (Cooper S) have also been added.

A broad selection of seat surfaces, interior surfaces and Color Lines add a touch of individual style to the interior of the new Mini. New features for the Mini 3 Door include the Chester leather trim in Malt Brown and a Color Line now also available in Malt Brown.
In addition, the optional Mini Yours Interior Style Piano Black is now available with illumination. As well as surfaces in the area of the doors and center console finished in Piano Black, this also includes a rear-lit decorative strip for the instrument panel on the passenger side. The latter is likewise finished in Piano Black as well as bearing a stylised Union Jack motif. The color of the background lighting for the decorative strip is the same as the mood of the ambient lighting selected by the driver as part of the Mini Excitement Package.

Further development has been applied across the board, including the basic engine, Mini TwinPower Turbo Technology, engine electronics, oil supply, intake air ducting, the cooling system and the exhaust systems. It was also possible to reduce the weight of the drive units. The engine covers are made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP), so they are now lighter, too. The material used to make them is carbon fiber recyclate generated in the production of BMW i automobiles.
Power outputs range from 136hp/220Nm in the Mini Cooper (0-100 in 7.8 seconds with 210km/h top speed) to 192hp/280Nm in the Mini Cooper S (0-100km/h in 6.7 seconds and 235 km/h top speed) to 231hp/320Nm in the Mini JCW 3 (0-100km/h in 6.1 secons and 246km/h top speed).

A 7-speed Steptronic transmission with double clutch is optionally available. The new transmission is characterised by very fast gearshifts, enabling extremely sporty acceleration. It is operated using a newly designed electronic gear selector lever. A 7-speed Steptronic sports transmission with double clutch is also available for the Cooper S. This includes paddle shifters.
All Steptronic transmissions allow use of the coasting function in MID and GREEN mode as well as the latest generation of the auto start/stop function. Navigation and front camera data can now be incorporated in the control of the latter, too. This allows situations to be identified in which it is better not to switch off the engine: for example when stopping briefly before making a turn or entering a roundabout, or if the traffic ahead has started moving again.

The new three-spoke steering wheel now features multi-function buttons. The standard trim also includes an audio system with 6.5-inch color screen in the central instrument and mobile phone integration via Bluetooth. The Control Display offers a touchscreen function. The optional Mini Excitement Package now also includes the Mini logo projection on the driver‘s side. When the vehicle is opened and closed, the new Mini logo is projected onto the ground in front of the door for 20 seconds, or permanently if the door is left open.
The new Minis are now available at the British United Automobiles showroom in Bonifacio Global City.
