The HARI Dealership Network: poised to “Power Forward” into 2021

HARI welcomes the newest member of its dealership family: Hyundai Silang. Soon to serve more customers in South Luzon.

Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), the official distributor of Hyundai passenger cars in the country, remains well represented in the New Normal with its 40-strong nationwide dealership network, side-by-side its 15 i-spaces in strategic areas of North Luzon, South Metro, South Luzon, and VisMin.

Slowed down but undaunted by the lingering effects of the pandemic, HARI celebrates its 20th year in the business by stepping up its dealership expansion, starting with the soon-to-open Hyundai Silang, which is poised to advance the brand’s already thriving presence in South Luzon.

Said HARI President and CEO Ma. Fe Perez-Agudo during HARI’s 2021 National Dealer Conference, “Remember that we opened 2020 on a high note with the back-to-back launches of Hyundai Angeles and Hyundai Baguio. After Hyundai Silang, we shall be seeing the rise of a new dealership in Roxas City, Capiz; the relocation of Hyundai Manila Bay and Shaw Boulevard; and the conversion of Hyundai E. Rodriguez, Baliwag, Tacloban, and Dumaguete to Hyundai’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI). We shall also be adding to our number of i-spaces in strategic locations in Isabela, Nueva Ecija, and Mindoro, where foot traffic is heavy.”

Hyundai i-spaces offer customers an alternative channel to view their preferred models at their leisure in a relaxed and permanent life space located in top malls and other high foot traffic areas in the country.

HARI once again showed its “first mover” clout at the height of the lockdowns by quickly formulating and implementing the Hyundai Guidelines for Protection and Safety (GPS) across its dealership network, modifying physical facilities and processes to safeguard the wellbeing of employees and customers alike. Notably, since May of last year, the service centers at HARI’s 40 dealerships have been 100% operational, in full capacity, delivering their full range of services to the waiting public.
“With Hyundai GPS and by going fully digital in our Sales and After Sales services via Hyundai H.O.M.E. Page and ARMOR, respectively, we offer customers efficient, safe, and welcoming venues in both the physical and the virtual spaces. We are more than ready to make ‘power forward’ moves into 2021,” concluded Ms. Agudo.
