What you’ll need to bring to the store you bought the Galaxy Note7 in includes the device, the full box, proof of purchase, and one vaild ID. If you can’t get to the store where you purchased the phone, you can head to the closest Samsung authorized Customer Service Center.
Those who bought their devices through Globe, Smart, or Lazada need to contact the telcos and store directly.
You’ll be getting a new device without any extra cost. The warranty period will also adjust to reflect the date of replacement.
If you bought the Galaxy Note7 in the Philippines and moved to another country, Samsung says you must contact the Customer Service Center in that country. You can find contact details through Samsung’s site.
