If Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter) is to be believed, this is what the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will look like. While the shape is rather similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge, the devices seem to be more rounded and hark back to the older devices of the South Korean tech giant.
The Galaxy S7 is pegged to have a larger 5.5-inch AMOLED display, while the Galaxy S7 will have a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen. Both will supposedly be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chip or an Exynos 8 Octa 8890, 4GB of RAM, and a new 12-megapixel rear camera sensor with BRITECELL technology. It might have 32GB or 64GB internal storage. Battery is expected to get a boost for both devices: 3,000mAh for the S7 and 3,600mAh for the S7 edge, which is up from 2,550mAh and 2,600mAh, respectively.
If there are any truths to these rumors, we just have a few weeks to wait until Samsung officially unveils the new flagship phones at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
