(PilipinasAuto) the official distributor of Dongfeng trucks and bus in the Philippines, through its authorized dealer Dongfeng Elite Tacloban, recently turned over four units of the Dongfeng K23W 10-Wheeler Dump Truck to a construction company based in Tacloban, Leyte. One Myrna Construction acquired these units primarily to boost productivity for their rural development projects within the Eastern Visayas region.

The Dongfeng K23W 10-Wheeler Dump Truck has a capacity of 22 cubic meters and efficiently powering it is a Euro 5-compliant 11-liter 6-cylinder Renault common-rail direct-injection (CRDi) diesel engine producing 385hp at 2,100 rpm and 1,800Nm of torque from 1,000 to 1,500 rpm and this is coupled to a 12-speed direct drive transmission. Warranty coverage being offered by PilipinasAuto on this type of truck is 1 year or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
