For thirty years, Petron Lakbay Alalay has been with motorists from start to finish. Through this year-round safety program, Petron has been providing motorists with their best road trip experience. Now, on its thirtieth year, the Petron Lakbay Alalay program continues their drive to safer travels by enabling drivers to become responsible motorists on the road through its mission of safety through empowerment.
More than the usual roadside assistance and safety check-ups, Petron Lakbay Alalay is introducing initiatives that go beyond the road. From just providing periodic assistance, the program will now also be providing everyday assurance with a wide suite of activities lined up throughout the whole year.
The Petron Lakbay Alalay’s first push towards safe traveling comes this Holy Week. From March 23-24 and 26-27, Lakbay Alalay will be ready to assist motorists in identified pit stops along major expressways—NLEX, Lakshore, TPLEX, SLEX, and STAR Tollways—with various offerings from Free Safety Checks for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles, Free Medical Assistance, Free Massage, Clean Restrooms, Free Travel Goodies, Free Food and Drinks, and fun-filled road safety informational activities through their growing number of partners like Honda, Chevrolet, Kia, PhilCare, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine National Police, Belo, San Mig Coffee, Glade, Polo Candies, and Jelly Sip, among others.
Petron isn’t just about the road. Throughout the year, Lakbay Alalay will also be holding other safety programs such as LPG House-to-House Safety Checks, Rally for Road Safety campaigns for car and motorcycle clubs, partnerships with driving institutes, and Undas Weekend Activations. On-site and digital initiatives are also being implemented to engage motorists to pledge for road safety.
