How to prepare a child for kindergarten?

How elusively time has passed! It seemed like only yesterday your toddler started taking his first inept steps, and today he needs to take his first step towards an independent life – kindergarten. Everyone knows that this is a heavy burden, both for the baby and for his father and mother. Every loving mother worries about how her child will be received in kindergarten, how they will be fed, how they will be dressed.
How can you help your child make these changes in his life?
Some important recommendations for your attention:
Private garden
Start with a private kindergarten (several hours a day). Don't forget that it's easiest to get used to it gradually: when visiting a private garden, your beloved baby will begin to get used to the garden a little bit.
There was peace and quiet in the family
A mother must understand that kindergarten is necessary and beneficial for her child. The baby intuitively senses the condition of his mother and begins to worry and be stubborn himself. Tell your child only good things about kindergarten: everyone in the garden has their own bed, a closet, mountains of new games, new friends will appear. If you do this all the time, then the child will surely know what they are doing in kindergarten and will be willing to attend it.
Daily routine
In a few months, start at home to transfer the baby to a regime close to kindergarten. Eat and walk at the same time as in the garden, and pay close attention to your lunch nap. If your baby does not sleep at home during the day, then it will be very difficult for him in the garden. At least teach him to just lie in bed for an hour and a half at lunch.
Independence
Teach your baby to use a spoon without the help of others, wash and wipe his hands, take off and put on clothes, put on shoes and take off his shoes, sit on a potty. If he knows all this, it will be easier for him in kindergarten. Also, make sure that your clothes and a pair of shoes are very comfortable and practical: let the fasteners be on buttons, not buttons, pants with elastic bands, and preferably shoes with Velcro, not laces. By all means, practice at home with your child to take off and put on clothes, and do not rush him or scold him if he does not succeed.
Tempering
It's no secret that kindergarten and ARVI are the same concepts and a terrible dream of all mothers. To prevent the onset of colds and boost the body's immunity, you need to start strengthening the baby's body from birth. Ventilate the apartment well, let the child sleep with the window open, and run barefoot in the summer. Walk outside as often as possible and in any weather! See Analysis
