Ford Philippines announced that reservations are now open for the 7th generation of its iconic Sports Coupe vehicle: The all-new Ford Mustang.
Exclusively available for reservation on Ford’s online reservation portal, the Mustang comes in two variants: 5.0L GT Premium Fastback which retails starting at P3,999,000 and the 2.3L EcoBoost Premium Fastback that starts at P3,499,000. For a worry-free ownership experience, customers will also get a complimentary Peace of Mind service inspection package with their vehicle purchase.
An iconic sports coupe that represents freedom, passion, and the thrill of the open road, the Mustang promises to give customers a different level of pony power that lets them stay ahead of the pack.
Power and style fit for an icon
With a strong association with speed and power, the Mustang delivers a thrilling driving experience with its engine. The GT Premium Fastback variant is equipped with a 5.0LTi-VCT V8 engine that’s mated to a 10-Speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission capable of producing 493 PS of power and 567 Nm of torque.
The EcoBoost Premium Fastback variant meanwhile comes with a 2.3L EcoBoost Engine mated to a 10-Speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission capable of producing 319 PS of power and 475 Nm of torque. Drivers can also easily maneuver across different road condition as they can choose between different drive modes: Normal, Sport, Slippery, Custom, Track, and Drag Strip.
Previously available to the GT Premium variant only, both variants of the Mustang will have the MagneRide® Damping System that has sophisticated control strategies that increase comfort while expanding the performance limits of the sports coupe. Coupled with durable Brembo brakes, the Mustang is ready for whatever drives await.
The Mustang will certainly turn heads and leaves its mark on the road. Its Quad Tip Exhaust with Active Valve Functionality lets the driver control the volume of the engine growl of the Mustang–making its presence felt anytime. Equipped with 19-inch Aluminum Wheels with unique designs for each variant, the iconic sports coupe has a more aggressive stance, whether on the open road or even when parked.
Inside, the Mustang thrills both driver and passengers with RECARO leather-trimmed sport seats and soft touch accents all around.
Next-generation technology
The Mustang has the DNA of a muscle car but is equipped with the latest technology and hardware for entertainment, connectivity, and safety. A new Magnesium Framed 13-inch Colored Center Display offers seamless connectivity with the vehicle with SYNC4 and Enhanced Voice Recognition, and wireless mobile charging. For the driver, a 12-inch Digital Cluster provides real-time information without being distracting.
The Mustang has Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology that enhances the overall driving experience and actively assist the driver on the road. It has Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) with Cross Traffic Alert and Braking, Auto High Beam Headlights, Post Impact Braking, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go and Lane Centering Assist function. In addition, the Mustang also has Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) and Evasive Steer Assist that alert and assists the driver if a potential collision is detected.
Customers can also connect with their Mustang further through the FordPass app. With certain features such as the Intelligent Oil Life Monitor, Vehicle Status, and Vehicle Location, owners are supported with information before they take on the thrill of the open road.

Both variants of the Mustang will be available in the following colors: Vapor Blue Metallic, Iconic Silver, Race Red, and Shadow Black. There are also GT Premium Exclusive Colors: Grabber Blue and Yellow Splash Metallic which customers can get for an additional P20,000.

A reservation fee of P30,000 is required and is deductible from the total vehicle pricing. The Ford online reservation portal offers a new level of ease, convenience, and security for customers reserving and purchasing their Ford vehicles.
