LinkedIn recently published its “2019 Emerging Jobs in the Philippines” report which found rising demand for talent with “hybrid” skills in the country. While the top five emerging jobs are related to technology, LinkedIn has found that many of them require management and communication skills as well.
The demand for such talent is fast growing but it is still comparatively low in supply. LinkedIn’s data speaks of how the Philippines, like every other country, is facing a challenge in building its digital workforce, thus, companies are encouraged to look into providing opportunities for existing employees to upskill or reskill. HR and talent acquisition teams also need to evolve and innovate the way they hire in order to fill in the gaps needed to fulfill the job’s skill requirements.

2. Application Development Analyst
3. Back End Developer
4. Full Stack Engineer
5. Sales Development Representative
