In partnership with Bounce Back PH, Lalamove is kick-starting the year with a new #DeliverCare CSR initiative that aims to help MSMEs jumpstart their business in 2021. Starting January 18, both organizations will raise funds to help beneficiaries of the DSWD community. Lalamove has pledged to donate Php 10 for every delivery completed while the Bounce Back PH community will rally their members and set aside a portion of their sales and add to the fund.
A lot of businesses underwent digital transformation to cope with the new normal. And while some small businesses were able to adapt, many still require assistance to keep their businesses alive. Under the Deliver Care CSR initiative, Lalamove leapt at the chance to collaborate with Bounce Back PH and work together with the entrepreneurial group to start the year with hope through delivery.
“The Deliver Care campaign is really timely and needed during this time when things are still very uncertain. The reason why Bounce Back PH thrived was because of “bayanihan” and the unparalleled compassion of Filipinos, so I really believe that our community of MSME’s, some of which are already slowly recovering, will be more than willing to share their blessings to those who are still deeply affected by the crisis. We want to thank Lalamove for supporting MSME’s. Bounce Back PH appreciates this partnership with Lalamove, and we will definitely support this amazing initiative all the way,” shares Jason Dela Rosa, founder of Bounce Back PH.
The goal of Lalamove to empower MSMEs resonates closely with the mission of Bounce Back PH. Entrepreneur Jason Dela Rosa founded the community as a social media movement that aims to support businesses from all industries, especially small and medium entrepreneurs. Currently there are 40,000+ merchants in the Bounce Back PH community and companies of different scales collaborate to help each other grow.
“Last year, we heard about the objective of Bounce Back PH and we truly admire their initiative. Entrepreneurs empowering entrepreneurs. In this economic climate, their community exemplifies a modern type of bayanihan and we are excited to extend our help.” shares Dannah Majarocon, Managing Director of Lalamove Philippines.
The newly forged partnership between Lalamove and Bounce Back PH will continue to explore more ways to mutually support MSMEs and the business community. The delivery app has championed growth through technology and on-demand delivery and with the same spirit, they hope to continuously deliver care.
