Kata reveals their constant commitment to affordability with the launch of its newest smartphone: The Kata M2L. So named for its LTE capabilities, the Kata M2L adds more power and enjoyment to browsing experience.
The Kata M2L is powered by an MTK6735P Quad-core 1.3GHz processor that comes with 1GB of RAM. The display boasts a 5.5-inch Super HD screen. The camera promises a better camera experience with 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front capabilities. The phone’s internal storage is a sizable 16GB, but is expandable via a microSD card. Plus, it has OTG capabilities that improve its storage capabilities. The lightweight device weighs only 166g and sizes up at 8.9 x 78.6 x 156mm. This small frame houses a 3,000mAh battery.
As is characteristic of Kata, the M2L is home to Kata-exclusive apps, like the Mega VPN which allows users access to geo-restricted content, giving them optimum entertainment. It also has a TV folder, with pre-installed channels like CBS, PBS, History, and Netflix.
The Kata M2L comes in black or white. It is not yet out in the market, but it is available for preorder with a price tag of P7,599.
