Inchcape Philippines bagged two awards for Jeep and Ram on Customer Experience Excellence

Inchcape Philippines, distributor of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM Trucks in the Philippines, under its IC Automotive Inc. operations, is proud to share the multiple recognitions received at the recently concluded 3rd Stellantis ASEAN General Distributor Service Excellence Workshop and Gala Dinner 2026, held last January 19-20, 2026 in Hoi An, Vietnam.

Hosted by Stellantis, the international event was well-attended by customer experience professionals, representing the Stellantis brands from across ASEAN and Taiwan. The objective is to share best practices and to recognize customer experience excellence across all Stellantis vehicle distributors in the ASEAN region.

In 2024, Inchcape Philippines was also the proud recipient of the 2024 ASEAN Best Customer Experience in Sales and the 2024 CX Game Changer Award. This year’s award marks the second consecutive year of recognition from Stellantis, a trailblazing proof of the brand’s unwavering commitment to excellence and world-class customer service. 

The event started with a two-day workshop, focused on strengthening service quality, driving sales and service excellence, and collaboratively addressing real customer pain points. One of the esteemed speakers invited is Ms. Anna Leonore Recio, Customer Experience Manager for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and RAM Trucks (CDJR), representing Inchcape Philippines. During her talk at the workshop, Ms. Recio shared the best practices and success stories of Jeep Philippines in terms of transforming and meticulously curating the experience of every CDJR Philippines customer into world-class professionalism, perfectly mated with the Filipino hospitality at all times. 

The international event was concluded with an awards nightand a collective pledge towards the 2026 goals, reinforcing a shared commitment to raising customer experience standards across the region.

During the awards night, Inchcape Philippines received the following recognitions:

2025 Sales CX Transformation Award for RAM Philippines. This recognition is awarded based on the year-on-year percentage improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) data for the RAM brand across ASEAN from 2024 to 2025.

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a customer experience metric that helps organizations gain a clear and deep understanding of how happy, satisfied, and loyal customers are with products, services, and the overall customer experience with the brand.

The second recognition received is the 2025 ASEAN Customer Centricity Ambassador for Jeep Philippines, awarded to Inchcape Philippines’ Customer Experience Manager, Ms. Anna Leonore Recio.

The award recognizes individuals who go the extra mile to understand customer needs, communicate with clarity, and create experiences built on trust and true to the Jeep brand that sets the standard for customer experience excellence.
