Baguio’s much-awaited flower festival just got more exciting with GrabHorse, a campaign from Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing app, which lets its users try horseback riding in Wright Park for free. Accessed through the Grab app, the feature is available from February 26 to 28.
Horseback riding has long been a popular tourist attraction in the Summer Capital of the Philippines, particularly in Wright Park. With this in mind, Grab coordinated with the Pony Boys Association of Wright Park to provide Baguio residents and tourists alike an experience that is unique to the City of Pines.
“We want to localize our campaigns and tie it to each city we are in. Horseback riding is ingrained in the culture of Baguio and that’s why we wanted to promote it with GrabHorse. With this campaign, we will also be able to help improve the living situations of the animals,” said Khriz Lim, Grab Philippines’ Country Marketing Head.
To book a ride, just open the Grab app, select the GrabHorse icon, then input “Wright Park” as Pick-up and Drop-off points. You can book from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Don’t forget to share your ride and use the hashtag #GrabHorse.
