For this year’s GITI – Formula V1 last race weekend, 13 drivers battled it out for another fierce racing competition, with new faces who joined the exhilarating set of race. Bryan Co of GITI-Racing Team, Champion Karter Miguel Quinones representing Toyota Marilao-Obengers Racing Team competed for the AM Class while 2021 F4 British Championship Filipino representative Eduardo Coseteng marked his comeback on Philippine Racing in this competition, representing Eagle Cement Racing Team for the PRO Class.

They were joined by last round’s racers, AM Class had Nuzest-Edgesport Racing Team’s Cesco Dino, Phoenix Pulse Racing Team’s Aira Medrano and Joaquin Garrido, Julian Colvin Tang of Toyota Marilao-Obengers Racing Team, and Autoholic Raceform’s Julian Neri and Sebastian Soto.

PRO Class had Obengers Racing Team’s Daniel Miranda, Red Diwa of OTR Racing Team and Milo Rivera of Frontrow Racing Team.

Phoenix PULSE Racing Team’s Joaquin Garrido dominated Races 5-8 as the consistent champion for the AM Class, proving that hardwork and limitless potential can put you at the top, even against the top racers of this series’ PRO Class competitors. Joaquin Garrido successfully claimed the top spot of AM Class from Race 5 to Race 8 earning the seat of Champion for his Class category.

PRO Class was definitely an exciting group to watch, with Daniel Miranda clinching the championship title during Race 5, followed by Eduardo Coseteng dominating Race 6-7 despite competing on the series for the first time this round. We also have Milo Rivera of Frontrow Racing Team who ended his 2021 racing season on a high note as he was named champion during Race 8 after a tough close battle with Obengers’ Team Racer, Daniel Miranda.
