The PFIP’s Philippine Bahaghari Awards celebrates individuals and organizations alike that exemplify excellence and contribute significantly to promoting an inclusive workplace environment. It also aims to serve as an inspiration to the wider industry and society to advance the advocacy of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Pamela Donato, Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing and Communications for Philippines and China, and Sustainability Executive Sponsor at Foundever, was recognized as a finalist for the Executive Ally Award which is bestowed upon non-LGBTQIA+ leaders who go above and beyond to champion the LGBTQIA+ community, amplify the voices of the community and create a more diverse and inclusive business environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Donato has received recognition for her efforts in promoting a culture of inclusivity and equality within Foundever. Through strategic initiatives and a commitment to creating an environment where every employee feels valued and heard, Donato has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s reputation as a forward-thinking and socially responsible workplace.

In addition, Foundever has joined forces with LoveYourself Inc., a network of community centers spanning Luzon and Visayas that provides comprehensive services, awareness initiatives, counseling, testing and treatment for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). This partnership allows Foundever associates to have convenient access to on-site sexually transmitted illnesses (STI)/HIV screening and testing within the office premises.
