Foton showcases state-of-the-art lifestyle and commercial vehicles at MIAS 2025

Highlights the widest range of commercial EV models and passenger vehicles, available with attractive exclusive deals

Commercial vehicle specialist Foton flexes its world-class technology at the 2025 edition of the much-awaited Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), which runs from April 10-13 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

“MIAS is the perfect platform for us to showcase our new Foton models while highlighting our world-class technology and mobility solutions,” said Foton Motor Philippines General Manager Levy Santos.  

“Foton has been a consistent and long-time exhibitor at MIAS for over a decade now, and for this year, we’ll be showcasing our wide array of lifestyle and commercial pickup trucks and vans as well as the country’s widest range of fully electric vehicles, from light commercial to heavy duty trucks, including a fully electric 6×4 tractor head,” Santos added.  

Foton’s MIAS display will be three-fold: an indoor exhibit, an outdoor exhibit, plus a special ride-and-drive experience that’s part of Foton distributor UAAGI’s Performance Center, which allows showgoers the chance to experience Foton vehicles over a special course that tests the vehicles’ capabilities in challenging conditions.    

Foton’s indoor exhibit, the Foton Horizon, highlights the brand’s lifestyle and light commercial pickup trucks, including the Tunland Diesel Hybrid Full-Size Pickup and the versatile Wonder Double Cab Pickup, ideal for mobile business ventures. The main showcase features a preview of the upcoming Traveller model, available in both full EV and ICE variants, designed to redefine passenger comfort.

Foton’s Truck Pavilion, meanwhile, will showcase the brand’s full EV sustainable transport solutions for Logistics and Transportation. With the launch of the EST 6×4 Tractor Head EV, Foton now offers a complete range of EV solutions, from light to heavy-duty trucks, including passenger vehicles. A total of four full EV models will be on display: the Tornado EV, Transvan Cargo EV, Harabas TM 300 EV (Interactive Cab & Chassis display), and the EST 6×4 Tractor Head EV as the highlight model.

There will also be a test drive area where prospective buyers can experience Foton vehicles firsthand. The Foton Tunland V7 and Tunland V9, as well as the Thunder 4×4, will show off their off-road capabilities on a challenging course at the UAAGI Performance Center in front of the World Trade Center building. Visitors can avail of a test-ride while the vehicle is driven by certified expert drivers.
