Cherry Mobile’s got the formula of releasing powerful yet affordable smartphones down pat and their latest device proves just that.
The new Flare X is powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM. It packs in a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This dual SIM device runs on Android KitKat but is scheduled for an OTA update to Lollipop. Internal storage is at 16GB only but you can expand it with an additional 64GB via microSD. Oh, and in case we forget, this is also an LTE-ready device with NFC capability.
For you smartphone photographers, the Flare X comes with a 13-megapixel Sony IMX rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. Getting you through your day is a 3,000mAh removable battery.
