Capital One Philippines was ranked 6th in Philippines’ Best Workplaces™ in IT-BPM 2025, a prestigious recognition awarded by Great Place To Work® to the top 30 companies that exemplify a high trust and high performance culture.

This is the second consecutive year that Capital One Philippines received the award, rising from the 8th to the 6th spot among peers in the industry. The recognition was presented during the Solaia Awards, the IT-BPM industry’s premier recognition event, held on June 11 at Shangri-La The Fort in Taguig City. Now in its second year, Solaia celebrates progressive companies, groundbreaking innovations, and transformative partnerships shaping the future of the IT-BPM sector.

“This recognition is a testament to our people-first culture, making sure that we continuously invest in our associates’ growth and well-being so they can thrive and succeed in the workplace,” said Capital One Philippines Head of Country Raoul Teh. “Being named one of the Philippines’ Best Workplaces for the second year affirms that we’re moving in the right direction of creating an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered.”

Capital One Philippines, which supports Capital One’s US and Canada Card, Commercial and Retail Bank, was also certified as a Great Place To Work and ranked 4th on the Best Workplaces in the Philippines list this year.
