The burger lovers in us couldn’t pass up the chance to try out a new limited edition creation by Chef Robert Pengson for CaliBurger. Calling it the “Rolls Royce of burgers,” the Chef’s Choice: Smokehouse Burger brings you to an American smokehouse.

Chef Rob created the burger with the idea that it won’t just look good or taste good but smell good as well. He suggests that it works best with milkshake or a glass or two of beer.

It’s a bacon cheeseburger made with 100 percent pure beef and smokey bacon. Its sauce is made from maple syrup, mustard, and mayonnaise and it has garlic aioli on the top bun. Onion rings are added to the burger to give it a bit more texture. The smokiness of the burger and different flavors infused by the sauce balance each other out, making it one savory burger.

The Smokehouse Burger is available in single or double patty servings. The single patty costs P235 ala carte and P315 as a meal with fries and drinks, while the double patty costs P325 ala carte and P405 as a meal.

You better head over to CaliBurger at Century City Mall, Makati and along Timog Ave., Quezon City (in front of GMA) because the Smokehouse Burger will only be available from November 17 to December 17, 2014.
