The Continental GT is the crown jewel of modern Bentley design. It is now available as a meticulously designed model replica, with customizable features such as seat quilting and fluting to mock carpets and veneers. Thousands of hours of craftsmanship have gone into creating these realistic models. They are available in a range of dimensions, from the sizable 1:8 collector’s piece to the still as-detailed but smaller 1:43 and 1:64 models. The 1:8 collector’s model is available as a bespoke commission, letting customers create their own unique replica car which is ideal to display in a home or office. 1:8 Continental GT Bespoke Model
This standout model – measuring 78cm in length, 40cm in width and 24.4cm in height – spares plenty of room to match the exact details of its full-size counterpart. Even the steering wheel has the same cross-stitching found in the real coupe, with the iconic seat fluting and quilting also replicated to scale. Wood veneers and plush carpets add a finishing touch that once again mirrors the original adornments found in the actual car.
The Bentley Design Studio supervises the creation of each model from when an order is placed to its delivery. Greater than 1,000 individual pieces are utilized when hand-building each piece, taking about 300 hours of workmanship. Customers can select from a variety of bespoke interior and exterior options such as the colors of the paint, stitching and seats. In addition, the leathers, woods, veneer effects, grilles, calipers, number plate, wheels and alloys are all true and authentic to the real thing.
The finished 1:8 model is crafted in resin and is placed on a varnished plinth to present a strong and impressive display, perfectly suited to be passed down to future generations as an heirloom item.
The Continental GT Coupe Model Collection
The miniature collection closely replicates the sporty and sleek body of this third-generation coupe, designed in 2018, and one that remains to this day one of Bentley’s most popular global offerings.
Like the bespoke model, the 1:43 scale Continental GT also offers a richly detailed and mirrored replica of the classic grand tourer. The model measures 11.2cm in length, 5.2cm in width and 3.3cm in height. The sculptural exterior lines of this iconic Bentley coupe are mimicked in the miniature version, created with high-quality resin.
Each 1:43 model comes with a presentation box and plinth that sport the iconic Bentley wings. Customers can choose from two classic combinations: either Khamun exterior paint with Blackline Specification and a Beluga interior, or Storm Grey exterior paint with Porpoise and Linen Interior. Whichever option you choose, these dazzling pieces are bound to attract eyes whether it be fellow auto enthusiasts or aspiring young Bentley drivers.
The smallest model in the Continental GT miniature collection is die-cast in a 1:64 scale. The iconic aesthetic lines of the larger coupe are visibly present in this model, adorned with actual rubber tires featuring detailed wheel designs. This model is available in a stunning and varied palette: choose from either Sequin Blue, Orange Flame, and Ice. Overall, the 1:64 model measures 3.1cm in width and 7.7cm in depth.
