We’ve reported about the three major ASUS ZenFone 3 devices before. And now following yesterday’s event we get the prices for these devices, specifically:
- ZenFone 3 5.2 – P16,995
- ZenFone 3 5.5 – P18,995
- ZenFone 3 Ultra – 32,995
- ZenFone 3 Deluxe – P34,995
- ZenFone 3 Deluxe (256GB version) – P44,995
But there are two more affordable members of the ZenFone line that remind us more of the ASUS its fans have come to know.
One of them is the ZenFone 3 Laser. It retails for P11,995 and packs in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, Adreno 505 GPU, up to 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 128GB via the secondary nano SIM slot (the main slot is for a micro SIM). Both SIM slots support 4G connectivity. The Laser has a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with 2.5D contoured edges. This Android 6.0 Marshmallow-powered smartphone has a 13-megapixel Sony IMX214 rear camera with dual-LED real tone flash and 2nd-generation laser autofocus and an 8-megapixel front shooter with an 89˚ wide view angle. Both have f/2.0 aperture. It comes with a 3,000mAh battery and is available in Glacier Silver or Sand Gold.
The last one is going to be preferred by Pokémon Go players around the country. The P8,995 ZenFone 3 Max, like the Laser, is the second iteration of this specific ASUS ZenFone product line. It runs on a MediaTek MT6737T 64-bit quad-core processor, Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Zen UI, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable storage. You get a 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash alongside a 5-megapixel front camera. This dual SIM handset supports 3G and LTE connectivity and has a 4,100mAh battery.
Both of these two new devices feature a more premium metal design language seen on the new ZenFone 3s and have fingerprint scanners, making them even more attractive at their price points.
