Pre-order for Huawei MateView ends tomorrow, August 20
Huawei’s first flagship standalone monitor boasts compatibility with Mac Devices launched 2018 and forward. This includes MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iMac, and iPad Pro. The synergy between the Huawei MateView and Apple devices is made possible by USB-C Wired Connection.
Huawei is sizing up its efforts to gear Filipino professionals with highly capable devices for their work-from-home setup. The tech giant recently launched the Huawei MateView, its very first flagship standalone monitor in the market to provide a premium and viable option for Filipinos upgrading their work area. The compatibility of the smart display with Apple devices makes it easier for existing Apple users to include the Huawei MateView in their work rig.
The display panel of Huawei MateView supports 4K+ resolution, which has 1.5 million more pixels than traditional 4K display, allowing it to display fine details. The monitor can also support the MacOS HiDPI technology once it is connected to a MacBook or other Mac products. This results in a professional-grade display essential to creatives in various disciplines. The HiDPI (High Dots Per Inch) technology combines multiple pixels into one pixel to increase pixel density, which requires software support and a high-resolution monitor. This makes the Huawei MateView the perfect mate to any Apple device.
Tech critics from the world over also laud the powerful set of hardware and software packed within the thin frame of the HUAWEI MateView. It sports a 28.2-inch display panel with incredible color representation. It also sports the 3:2 productivity screen ratio of the MateBook family, and supports 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut. Having been professionally calibrated during development to accurately produce colors, the HUAWEI MateView has a color accuracy rating of ΔE <1 in sRGB mode and ΔE <2 in DCI-P3 mode.
This premium monitor is still up for pre-order until August 20 on the official HUAWEI Online Store, flagship stores on Lazada and Shopee, and HUAWEI Experience Stores nationwide. It retails locally for Php 34,999 and can be availed with a free classic HUAWEI Backpack with Php 5,990 during the pre-order period.
